Peter Sheath SIF quote

I remember a few years ago when managing a service where we were prescribing a homeless guy with diamorphine amps. He used to inject them in some bushes behind the town hall. The sad thing was that we had some lovely clean clinical rooms that were only used for a couple of hours a day. Try as I might we were not allowed to allow him to inject on the premises. It’s a strange world!
