Pleasure question

One of the biggest barriers to drug policy reform is the refusal to accept that the vast majority of drug use is not addictive or deadly; that intoxication, in moderation, is OK. Up to now, reform of drug laws around the world has only ever happened on the back of health crises, such as the spread of HIV, heroin addiction, kids using skunk and medicinal cannabis, or just plain economics.
